It is a supportive program for students who are first generation college students, are low- income, or have disabilities. This program provides services to students including academic planning, counseling, peer mentoring, study skills development, tutoring and other academic support. Applicants with backgrounds similar to the target student population will be preferred. The Advisor’s responsibilities include advising and counseling, tracking academic progress, and referrals to appropriate services. The requirements include: Master’s degree in education, counseling, or psychology. Counseling licensure preferred.
