Effective July 1, 2011, the Department of Education requires schools with Title IV eligible certificates to disclose certain information about these occupational programs.
This new rule is intended to measure how well college programs prepare students for employment in a recognized occupation. Here at Southwestern Michigan College, we are committed to being a learner-centered college and have always strived to prepare our students in every way possible to be successful in life and their chosen career.
