Testing Fees and Costs
Payment of fees and costs associated with testing may be made in cash or by check or money order check made payable to SMC. However, we do not accept credit cards for SMC’s service fees.
- Achieved Credit by Exam (A.C.E.) Tests -- $50
- College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) – CLEP fees and SMC service charges for each test taken.
- CLEP $72 per test
- SMC $20 per test for students and $30 for non-students
- Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3)
- $50 fee for each exam, which is valid for 90 days from date of purchase
- National League of Nursing (N.L.N.)
- NURS 178 Pharmacology Nursing $75
- NURS 202 Nursing the Childbearing Family $75
- Comprehensive Nursing $75
Tests offered at no charge
However, sometimes a $20 fee is charged for the second time the test is taken.
