On-Campus Housing
Students will have a choice beginning in the fall of 2009 to live on-campus with the completion of SMC’s residential housing. Southwestern Michigan College is currently not accepting Applications for On-Campus Housing but will be shortly.
If you are planning on living on-campus in the fall of 2009, you may start by submitting your Application for Admission for that term now, and then submit your Housing Application when it becomes available.

A completed housing application and a completed application for admission are required along with a $25 application fee to secure a room. In addition, a $250 security deposit is required.
1 An academic year contract requires a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester (Fall and Winter).
2 A 12-month contract requires a minimum of 12 credit hours for each semester (Fall and Winter) and 6 credit hours in the Spring Semester.
