Register for Classes

Registration completes the formal process of enrolling in a course or courses. You are considered officially enrolled in the college when your classes have been entered into the computer. At that point, all tuition and fees associated with the enrollment become your obligation. Students who wish to stretch payment out over a period of time should check out our no-interest tuition payment plan (FACTS).

Southwestern Michigan College offers online registration to all currently enrolled students. Follow the directions located on the School Services tab in SMC Wired. Select the link entitled "Registration Instructions" for step-by-step instructions.

If you are not currently a student or were previously a student who has had a break in attendance, you must complete an Application for Admission online before you will be able to register of classes.
