Continuing Education

Now that you have completed that degree or certificate, you may not be thinking about going back to school. But in order to keep abreast of new technology, methods or practices in your field, you may be required to stay current by taking continuing education courses.

Southwestern Michigan College can help you meet your professional development needs – whether it be renewing your professional license or refreshing your skills. Through SMC’s Continuing Education Program, you will find a wide choice of continuing education credit classes.

Please note that continuing education credits are awarded through SMC by state and professional organizations and do not equate to SMC college credits. Payment is due for the continuing education units (CEUs) at the time of registration. Transcripts may not be available for up to 30 days after completion of the CEU class.
