On-Campus Housing

We at SMC are planning to enhance your student experience by offering on-campus living experience and an expanded Student Activity Center by Fall 2009, making SMC more than a typical two-year college.

Why not stay 4 years? Southwestern Michigan College doesn’t have to be just a two-year stop. By teaming up with three major universities, SMC now offers seven bachelor’s degrees and two master’s degrees right on its campus, making it easy to stay for four years! Opting to stay for a bachelor’s degree at SMC is a money-saving option, too. Many of the programs allow a student to take up to three years at SMC. Student Housing

The new student housing will consist of three floors, will feature two-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans and will be located near the Charles O. Zollar Sports Complex on the Dowagiac campus of Southwestern Michigan College.
