Southwestesrn Michigan College's new student housing will have 130 beds configured in four bedroom suites with a limited number of two bedroom suites. All suites are fully-furnished. The new three-story building will be located near the Charles O. Zollar Sports Complex on the Dowagiac campus of Southwestern Michigan College.

Student Activity Center Expansion

The Student Activity Center in the Charles O. Zollar Sports Complex, the hub for sports, recreational and fitness opportunities on the Dowagiac campus, will more than double in size with the 21,216-square-foot expansion, set to open in fall 2009.
