Keepers of the Fire
This ongoing tour introduces students to history and culture of the Potawatomi Indians, one of the three fires of the Aneshnabek. Students will learn Potawatomi names for various animals by playing Shishibe (Potawatomi Bingo), make a bead choker while learning the traditional use of natural resources, and hear an authentic Potawatomi tale. This tour is for students in grades third and fourth only.
