Program Advising Center
The Program Advising Center has been designed to provide a mechanism for current students and alumni to access information on current and previous catalogs and curriculum. This center may also be used by administrators at other colleges who are evaluating transcripts for our students.
For your convenience, this Program Advising Center has been organized in two ways:
Catalog View
By selecting a catalog from the left, links to the curriculum guides, term time frames, credentials awarded, graduation requirements and core compentency skills in effect during that particular catalog will be displayed.
Program View
Select individual programs from those listed on the right to access curriculum guides for each catalog term that the program was offered.
For both certificate and degree programs, see your advisor to complete a degree audit and a graduation application; submit both during the semester you wish to graduate. You have the option of adhering to one of the following guidelines when applying for graduation:
- Complete certificate or degree requirements in effect during the academic year in which you will graduate.
- Complete certificate or degree requirements in effect the academic year you first entered Southwestern Michigan College or a subsequent academic year in which you were enrolled, provided that no certificate or degree requirements selected are more than seven academic years old.
Notice: The items displayed in this Program Advising Center are not a contract nor an offer to enter into a contract. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in this Program Advising Center, it must be understood that all curriculum guides and degree requirements and other academic information described herein are subject to change or elimination at any time without notice or published amendment to this website.
