Course Description

Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in LEGA 102 and ENGL 103 or ENGL 103W; concurrent enrollment permitted. This course is designed to provide an in-depth examination of law library resources, including electronic resources, and research methods. After learning the research methods, the student will apply the research by writing legal memorandums, opinion letters, and motions. [Semesters Offered: Fall]
