Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in NURS 228, NURS 201T, NURS 201L or NURS 201 and NURS 240T, NURS 240L or NURS 240. Theoretical application of nursing leadership, evidence-based practice, and the systems approach to healthcare. Emphasis is placed on comprehensive professional role development.
