Terror on Dewey Lake
A Virtual Radio Theatre Show

October 30 | Performance Will Be Posted Here

When a beloved town hero goes missing, it's up to a group of young college students to unravel the mystery of his disappearance. Could the Dewey Lake Monster be involved? Find out in this satirical horror radio production, complete with 60's style commercials.

Terror on Dewey Lake is SMC's first-ever radio theatre production. The original script, written by SMC assistant director of campus life Branden Pompey, centers around the local legend of the Dewey Lake Monster, who was said to have roamed the Sister Lakes area in the 1960s. The cast is comprised of SMC students and staff, including director of security and conduct, Lyndon Parrish, whose father was the Cass County police sergeant who investigated the original case.
