Our Niles Campus offers many of the convenient services of our main campus such as the Student Service Center and Learning Center to make your college experience easy.
Student Service Center
Just like at our Dowagiac campus, the Niles Student Service Center (SSC) has all the help you need in one place. Get help registering for classes, with financial aid, or paying your bill at the SSC.
The Learning Center is the place to go if you are struggling with a class. The newly remodeled center offers free tutoring and help writing papers so you are sure to succeed in every class.
Need a book for class? The Fred L. Mathews Library on the Dowagiac campus will ship any book you need to the Niles Campus free of charge. Just find the book you need in the library portal in Wired and reserve it online or call or email the library and your book will arrive in the Learning Center in one or two days.
Certain tests are required to assess students’ academic strengths and weaknesses and place them in the classes that best match their abilities. All testing requirements can be met at the Testing Center on the Niles campus.
Computers and Wi-Fi
The Niles campus has a full computer lab equipped with all the software you need to succeed in class. The entire campus is also equipped with Wi-Fi so you can use your computer anywhere.
Renovated Student/Faculty Commons
The commons area has been newly renovated with more comfy seating, collaborative areas, expanded vending, and a modern vibe. It is a great place to relax with friends or meet with instructors to get a little extra help outside the classroom.
SCALE-UP Science Labs
The new Student-Centered Active Learning Environment for Undergraduate Programs (SCALE-UP) science labs are collaborative learning environments that facilitate a hands-on, student-centered approach to science instruction.
