You can enhance your student experience by living on campus at Southwestern Michigan College – one of three Michigan community colleges with dorms. These are not like dorms on other college campuses, where you share a bedroom with someone.

Our private, two- and four-bedroom suites are fully furnished, including a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, & dishwasher. All you need to bring is the Mac n’ Cheese and Ramen noodles for the cupboards, cooking and eating utensils, and bedding.

2013-2014 Academic Year 4-Bedroom - $5,650 for 9 months or $2,825 per semester 2-Bedroom - $6,775 for 9 months or $3,387.50 per semester

There is a non-refundable $25 application fee and a $175 security deposit.
