Fall Play—"Red Days"

November 20, 2025 - November 23, 2025

7:30-9 P.M., 2 P.M.

Theatre in the Dale A. Lyons Building on SMC's Dowagiac Campus

Join us for the inaugural performances in the SMC BlackBox Series. "Red Days" by Rachel Bublitz is a full-length drama that follows Dianna, a senior in high school, as she tries to balance her school and running team, her relationship with her single mom, and pursuing her passion—all while they face the serious effects of the air quality as they run in the open air. Environmental themes are addressed alongside complex family dynamics and societal pressures. Not appropriate for small children.

The performances are free and open to the public.

November 20, 21, and 22, 7:30 p.m.
November 23, 2 p.m.

While you're on campus, we invite you to visit the exhibit in the Art Gallery in the Dale A. Lyons Building on our Dowagiac Campus. The gallery, which features its own events, will open one hour prior and through the end of each performing arts event. For a list of the visual and performing arts events this year, click here.
