Course Description

Prerequisite: None. This course covers concepts of support of internal users and external customers. Students will learn self-management skills, communication skills, trouble shooting and problem solving techniques and demonstrate an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the support specialist. This course will introduce tools and techniques for incident tracking, asset management and change management. [Semesters Offered: Fall, Spring]
