Course Description
Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in LEGA 102 and LEGA 203. This course is designed to provide an in-depth analysis in the pre-trial, trial, and post-trial procedures involved in a typical civil litigation. Students will develop an understanding of investigation of claims, jurisdiction, venue, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trials, post-trial matters, and general litigation strategy.
