    The Help Desk certificate prepares students to provide Level One IT support. Level One support staff answer calls for IT support, offer solutions for simple problems, route calls, and manage IT tickets.

    In the Help Desk certificate program, you’ll start with an introduction to computer technology and then add on knowledge of programming logic and design, applications, PC maintenance, and networking.
